| Finally have got myself back on top of the page loads. Got the scanner to work to the ability that I need it so I will not have to deal with the issue I had for the previous two pages. The Cintiq I have been working on is pretty nifty having gotten used to its compact size. The only thing slowing me down at the moment is the lack of my gamepad that I use for my shortcut keys in photoshop. Foolishly I left that at home before my trip. This Cintiq is incredibly fun to sketch on while watching TV since it is light weight, not a heat source like my laptop (which is on the verge of death), and can attach to any computer. Currently I have it hooked up to a Mac Mini, which is also pretty portable for being a full computer. My only complaint (if you can really call it that), is that there is a mess of wires at my feet as a result of the Cintiq. Sure, there is only one wire coming out of the tablet, but that connects to a splitter that separates the DVI cable from the power and USB lines. So there is about 5 feet of line before it splits into three. Kind of a hassle when all the electronics are right by my feet. I guess that is my fault since I have been doing all the work from a couch. At least I am a productive couch potato.
